Yes, you can cancel or change your ride free of charge up to 1 hour before departure. Please contact us by phone or email to request the cancellation or change. For changes within 1 hour before departure, there may be a charge of 30 euros.
Yes, we provide child seats for your little ones. Please indicate this during the booking of your taxi so that we can ensure a suitable child seat is available. Additional charges may apply for this service.
